I have been a loyal customer of Northland Kia for six years, completing all scheduled services on my last two vehicles. In 2020, I traded in my 2019 Forte for a 2020 model, and the GM and sales team offered me their “Free Lifetime Oil Change” program. I made it clear I would only proceed if no admin or labor fees applied. They agreed, tied it to an extended warranty purchase refundable if unused. Horrible service. I leased my car here, but was really disappointed with my last service appointment in April, so I decided to move my maintenance to another dealership. My tires were in storage at Northland though, so I called to come pick them up. They said I needed an appointment, so I made one over the phone last week, for a pickup today (a full week later).
