Excellent people to do business with I rent equipment from them and bought a paver
Matt in service was awesome. Our forklift had some issues we couldn't figure out on our own, and I was really hesitant to call ALTA to troubleshoot, but I'm glad I did. Matt was exceptional in trying to properly diagnose the issue and not have us throw money at the machine. He called to follow up throughout the process, showed up when he said he would, is pleasant and kind to work with, very diligent too. If you have an issue and Matt is assigned, you're in good hands!
