Yesterday, Paula, the Community Manager at Saddleworth Green, took the time to come and see and address the issues we have been having in our apartment. She listened, she saw firsthand, took pictures, understood the miscommunication that had occurred, explained how things had gone wrong; realized that our issues needed to be addressed and resolved. !!!!!!!!Warning stay away!!!!!!! am living in acacia gardens apts in Albuquerque nm that are owned by this company and is an absolute joke that is horribly managed and wish i never have to deal with this company and anything related. They have a constant reoccurring theme in all of their properties of not fixing anything and hiring the most unprofessional and out right disrespectful human beings available. I wish I never would of learned of this company to late and all of their extremely unethical practices.
The folks running this business are absolute scam artists. They train the workers at the complexes they own to use absolutely terrible business practices, and won’t return your phone calls if you ever attempt to reach them. I know from experience. Stay far away.
