My recent experience has completely changed how I view Northland’s customer service. In June and July 2025, I had two returned payments due to bank issues, which caused RentCafe to disable my autopay. Management at The Lofts on Zebulon told me I could restart autopay when my lease renewed in February 2026. Instead, RentCafe automatically resumed drafting from the old bank account at renewal (7 months later), an account that has had a $0 balance since July 2025. This company promotes bad behavior especially with leadership at Glenn perimeter I don’t take to writing reviews often, but after what my wife and I have experienced at this property, I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others and call out what I can only describe as blatant disrespect, retaliation, and incompetence from management—particularly the property manager.
