Extremally rude and very unwilling to help Never had this with an Insurance Company
HORRIBLE, ROTTEN COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! USE ANYONE ELSE, THEY WILL NOT HELP OR TELL YOU INFORMATION THAT YOU NEED TO FILE A CLAIM UNTIL YOU GET A LAWYER TO THREATEN THEM!!!!!!!
The other reviews are not lying. I had the displeasure of dealing with Kyle Twait, who would go weeks without responding to emails about one of their insured. 5-6 months after repeated attempts, he told me that his insured has 1st party insurance, so my 3rd party request was a waste of time. Could have told me this when I initially reached out, but wasted my time instead.
Stay away from them!! They won't cover anything, better off and get a different insurance company. Very unprofessional, slow and none responsive. All that money you're paying them is for them to keep, they will refuse your claims and leave you in a dirt!!
