Terrible company. Cancelled on March 31, 2020 (Correction to the 2019) and on April 8 the cancellation showed on line, But yet they went ahead and withdrew another monthly fee out of my account even when they owed me money for services not rendered. I called them on the 14th when they took the money as pending transfer and they never stopped the transfer. Then the 16th i called them and they said it would be put back the next day. Now April 22nd, and still no pending deposit. Do not trust this company to do the right thing.

Run from this insurance company!!!!! They took almost 3 weeks to reimburse me for food spoilage on a refrigerator that was not working properly due to a faulty work by a technician - and then they jacked my HOI premium up 30% due to a small reimbursement. They are a disgusting insurance company that if we have enough complaints the BBB will take action. Travelers Insurance unexpectedly added a $25,000 deductible to my home insurance policy. They refused to lower it to the normal range of $500-$2500. All of my neighbors had new roof installations and repairs except me. I called them multiple times. I now have to file a lawsuit. I am also in contact with State and County governments. They should not have a license to operate anywhere.

Terrible insurance company, DO NOT USE!!! We have been a customer of Travelers for 13 years, with no claims. They have refused to replace our hail-damaged roof after severe storms TWICE. Once last year, then again after another severe storm this Spring. Literally every single house surrounding us has had their roof replaced (sometimes twice), but not us. The difference?? Travelers is ridiculous for small business owners. If you have a small business, do not get travelers workers comp insurance. Travelers did a yearly audit on our business and claimed that we owed $5000 in unpaid premiums because they included the owners earnings in the audit. We never were offered to exclude ourselves, which there is a form for that and we would have taken when we started the policy. The most unprofessional business I had to deal with in a long time!!!! Doing pro-bono helping out a non-for-profit my dealings with Travelers exhausted me beyond. Travelers will make increase on premiums over a phone conversation without getting the facts straight. Travelers will also add hidden fees not easily detected because all of the abbreviations used in their lingo language. Since August of 2019 up until the present, its been a nightmare. Awful business, they owe me money and it takes forever but if I owed them they would ruin my credit, poor customer service, have to repeat process 5 times now, there needs to be a way to turn them into the collections like they would do if you owed them, and they make excuses and try to push the responsibility onto others . I would stop driving and go out on a limb for house insurance before I would ever go back to them
