We just purchased a used vehicle from Northland Hyundai, and it was a wonderful experience! Chris was fantastic, as was the whole team we were dealing with. As part of our package, we had a wrap and undercoat service added to the vehicle. Dave was awesome! Great team in the service department as well. They were quick, great communicators, and treated us well. I definitely felt like we were in good hands, and I am so pleased with the quality of service! Thank you!

I had to book 3 days out just to look at my car for service, and it was going to be $100 to $160.. Just to look at it. And they tried to upsell me on random other services. Nevermind that the girl asking about the car wasn't even listening to what I was saying. She told me I didn't even know what was wrong with it after telling her 3 times exactly what was wrong with it... Not impressed. Worst customer service ever. Typical dealership to avoid accountability for their vehicles and trying to put the blame on the owner. This review is based on my observation of my friend's vehicle. They have several class action lawsuits regarding oil consumption so for them to not take accountability is a joke.

Braiden and team was amazing to deal with and made the process extremely easy. The only thing was the car appeared to be clean when I got it but it was actually really gross and sticky, which was no big deal as I clean my cars anyways when I first get them. But it did take me like 4+ hours the next day lol but anyways 10/10 recommend northland
