They will book your car into an appointment and then not have the staff on hand to do the repair — service department is stretched too thin to be reliable when your vehicle has an immediate problem. Would not recommend until the situation improves, not because any one person is bad but that it’s poorly managed and staffed.
I recently went to Northland Hyundai for an oil change, and I’m really happy with the service I received. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the process was quick and smooth. I appreciate how they handled everything professionally and made sure my car was ready on time. Great experience overall thank you!
Every time I asked for assistance here at this dealership, they were quick to respond..worked late to get the job done and charged me fairly. Can't complain.
Dave did an awesome job on my last service . Everything was done promptly and I even came back to a fully detailed and washed car. 💯 recommend .
