Impossible to get updates — calls go unanswered, and emails are ignored. I had to chase them constantly for information on my installation.
My AC failed shortly after their maintenance, but they refused to honor the warranty, blaming “outside factors” instead.
The final bill was almost double the estimate, filled with charges that were never mentioned beforehand. Felt like a bait-and-switch.
They fixed my furnace, but it stopped working again within a week. When I called back, they tried to charge me for another service call.
