Both techs (one had been to my home before) were friendly and worked efficiently. The issue was resolved in a timely manner, as well. Very forthcoming in explaining the issue. Thank you.
My heat went out during below zero temps. I called Northland and they got me on the schedule for the same day. Mike came out and was able to get my heat up and running in under an hour. He was super professional and courteous, too! Highly recommend
