Was really great. They made sure I understood everything. Very friendly and for 3 years she has always helped me with any I needed. She went above and beyond for. Very pleased with everything.
Whether a minor or major problem, with a friendly greeting the service desk takes down the symptoms and schedules an appointment that suits us. The technicians are thorough, making sure we understand what’s going on. Several times we’ve had to show up unannounced for a quick fix. And if we are waiting in the lounge, staff check on us frequently and make sure we don’t get dehydrated.
