I stayed at this apartment complex for a little over a year. When I moved in, my flag was infested with fleas which I was told would be taken care of. This led to my roommates cat being infested as well. The entire time I stayed here, there was no safety precautions. One night, several cars were broken into and they did nothing. My front door was broken open the entire winter and they didn’t fix it. When I moved out, Sarah was extremely unprofessional, threatening and just demeaning. I enjoyed my time at Northland Flats. It offered constant convenience with being so close to campus! The property Manager Sara was so helpful and whenever I spoke with her I always got results. If something went wrong I could rely on her and the office staff to help me out too.Thank you! I truly loved where I lived.
I absolutely love this community. Not only the apartments beautiful but so is the surrounding areas. The property Manager Sarah keeps this community looking beautiful. There is no other community that I would rather live at!!!!!!!
