I’ve lived in a lot of places, and this is easily one of the most frustrating apartment complexes I’ve dealt with. Management seems far more focused on handing out fines and violations than actually maintaining a decent living environment. If you’re considering moving in, be prepared to constantly look over your shoulder for the next “violation” notice. There are definitely better options out there that treat tenants with a basic level of fairness and respect.
The management is super sweet and helpful. I love having laundry cards to do laundry.
Very welcoming, great employees, close to campus!
