Everyone throughout the process was amazing. I spoke with Mike on the phone and got a quick quote. Mike was very understanding with my timeline since I was moving to a new home and walked me through the entire process. The final quote guys who came to walk the property were awesome giving me ideas for the dog run placement and I took their reccomendations. Our fence turned out amazing. The team that came and installed the poles were really nice and friendly. They went over everything with us before starting and made sure we were happy with placement, before moving forward with all of the poles and placing them all the way into the ground. They even worked on them when it was sprinkling out and waited in there truck when a short storm came through. I didn’t get their names, but they were great! Northland’s customer service has been amazing. One of our fence panels blew out in a storm this week, and without us even calling, Cooper happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped at our house, saw the damage, and fixed the fence. They clearly go out of their way to help out, this was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. Thank you Cooper and Northland!
My mother Barb was very impressed with their professionalism and communication. Both crews that worked on the project were friendly, respectful and got the job done quickly. Would easily recommend.
