"there are other dentists in town" EXTREMELY RUDE! The fake smiles ended the moment I had an issue with my insurance because of a card change, which I took the time to resolve, another doctors office I went to yesterday was able to verify my insurance is active but they are UNWILLING TO CALL MY INSURANCE because they're a "busy office" They lost my business my son's business my mom's business and my grandmother's business the office manager needs to be a better person she was very rude and condescending in person.
