Received wonderful care and continue to have great appts. – I have two young kids who've seen Dr. Rouse over the past 3 years for tubes and tube removals, etc. He is very thorough and takes a lot of time with you and never hurries you through your questions. The appointment staff for the surgeries was fantastic, friendly and way above average. wonderful staff--excellent services – I had a wonderful experience. I got my hearing aids there and the audiologists were most wonderful to me. Lisa was very patient with me as I am elderly and needed some explaination for these new fangeled contraptions. I saw Dr Luce several years ago and Dr Mulcahy more recently and I couldn't have asked for better treatment and or care. Thank you .
More interested in selling hearing aids than your hearing health – I went to the Northland ENT group because they are supposed to be hearing specialists and I had experienced a sudden loss of hearing in my left ear along with headaches and sore throat. After a hearing test and a sales pitch by the audiologist I got to see Dr. Mulcahy for about three minutes with minimal examination and minimal questions about my health but another pitch about seeing one of the audiologists for a hearing aid consultation.
