Northland did an amazing job identifying the problem with my car and coordinating both with the dealership I purchased from and with my insurance. Both Floyd and Bob were very communicative and calming to deal with and got my repairs finished almost a week before I was quoted and at a much more reasonable price than quoted at a 3rd party dealership. I will definitely be calling them first going forward for any future repairs. Excellent, excellent work 👍👍👍👍👍
Extremely helpful and professional although the insurance company totalled out my vehicle
I had my vehicle repaired at this shop and they did a fantastic job. My vehicle looks brand new. Customer service was great, Floyd was very kind, helpful and professional. They kept me updated through out the whole process. They even detailed my vehicle😁 I highly recommend northland collisions!
Had repair work on a side door and window. Both parts restored to new and thought my car looked great. Bob and Floyd were easy to work with and helpful with the whole process. Took about one week for the body work and paint which was expected and only paid my deductible through State Farm and incurred no hidden charges. Very satisfied and would go back and would highly recommend.
