I’m very disappointed with Dodge service. When I brought my vehicle in, instead of actually listening to the issues I was having, they kept trying to push diagnostics fees on me—even though my vehicle is still under extended warranty. What’s the point of having coverage if the dealership doesn’t respect it? I just got vague answers and no real help. The lack of communication and accountability is very frustrating.
