Northland is the WORSE dealership! Service is garbage, they are dishonest rip offs, 2021 vehicle with 70k kms and they said needs 13k for new motor, brought it to Regency in Quesnel ,and Its a warranty issue ,and will be covered completely, also they called about the durango due for service, but i hadn't had the durango for about 3 years, good record keeping Northland dodge! They are a Scamming ripoff! Will never ever go back

The day I was coming in for my appointment they had no internet, but I was not contacted to let me know my appointment could be delayed and that maybe I shouldn'tdrive up from Quesnel. I dropped my car at 10:30 and was not told about the internet then either. I returned to the dealership at 1:30 and waited, hearing nothing. At around 3:30 I went to service to enquire.
