To begin with they are nice enough to deal with. Make sure you get any extras you want in writing and guaranteed. Don’t be afraid to ask for the specifics so some generic item they can swap in latter to save a buck. Had problems with the solar panels. 1. not fused, 2. mounted to close to A/C thus panel is often shaded, 3. they mix solar panel wattages. Shade panel with mixed wattage compounds losses. Warranty is hit and miss but ONLY 1 year you're not going to find the big problems really until after that.
Nice enough to deal with just make sure you get any extras you want in writing and guaranteed it will be added. Don’t be afraid to ask for the specifics not some generic item they can add latter to save a buck. Backup is so-so.
