My 1999 Corette stopped running and my FIXD module showed a code of P1518 – Throttle Body Northland Pro insisted that they needed to run a full diagnostic to find out why this happened (2 hours, $320). After the diagnostic it was still a P1518 issue and they never found out anything else.
