Be wary of this office. The expensive decor should give you an idea of what Northland is all about. Although the staff and providers were pleasant and knowledgeable, their prices are too high. I was led to believe that my claim would be handled in network, but instead I ended up paying nearly $400 for a appointment that could have been free at Costco. Great audiologist
Wonderful doctors and staff. The office is inviting and peaceful. I highly recommend this office for your hearing healthcare needs!
I've been going to Northland Audiology since the early 90s and they have never failed to provide great service and have always addressed any concern I had with my hearing aids. They've changed the tubes, helped with bluetooth software questions, tested the microphones, etc. I really appreciate how they work to get me in when I'm having a hearing aid problem because I really need those aids to work.
