Excellent customer service with great techs that know their jobs very well and always fix my hearing aid issues. They all care about you as a patient and treat you with respect and kindness.
I have received exemplary care and follow-up support from Northland Audiology over the last 3 years. They consistently go above and beyond. I have worn hearing aids for over 33 years and Dr. Sjostedt is the best audiologist I’ve ever worked with. The team at the office is great, too. I cannot believe my luck that they’re in Juneau. Thank you, thank you.
Be wary of this office. The expensive decor should give you an idea of what Northland is all about. Although the staff and providers were pleasant and knowledgeable, their prices are too high. I was led to believe that my claim would be handled in network, but instead I ended up paying nearly $400 for a appointment that could have been free at Costco. I was also able to purchase comparable hearing appliances of a different brand, but same manufacturer for 2500 less than Northland is charging. If you have in network insurance... read more
