10 years of wonderful service so far and I have not ever left a review! Day 1 they have always been so welcoming. From the start Jack helped me land a home loan. Jessica helped with the big process of my first and second commercial building. Day in and day out the girls in the branch are awesome! I never have to worry about a thing and they always handle business. Even if I have a bad day, it quickly turns around when I encounter the great girls at the counters. Horrible customer service at the front end even management has the worst customer service. Use the ATM and because I don't have a receipt won't exchange bills. I would not want to become a customer at this bank because of how bad customer service is.
NAFCU Gaylord provided fantastic customer service. I am glad we decided to use them for our personal and business needs.
