Horrible customer service at the front end even management has the worst customer service. Use the ATM and because I don't have a receipt won't exchange bills. I would not want to become a customer at this bank because of how bad customer service is.
NAFCU Gaylord provided fantastic customer service. I am glad we decided to use them for our personal and business needs.
