Horrible customer experience trying to create an online account and non-helpful service reps.
Judging by the other reviews customer service isn't a high priority at this credit union. I witnessed first hand dealing with a lazy worker at the drive thru; didn't want to do their job and told me I had to go inside to make a deposit into my account. No thanks; you guys can take a break; you don't have to be jerks every day of your lives.
A credit union that only lets you mobile deposit $5000 a month is a joke. They need better policies and better workers who actually like their job and want to help their customers. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. Thank gosh I only had a checking account open with them.
I trusted the people at the Glennie office. Then I moved to Alpena. The place has, little by little, gotten completely untrustworthy. Today they changed the phone app so that I can't use NLCU savings to pay NLCU VISA. The last straw; closing my account on Monday.
