Been a patient for years know all the staff have found them friendly and professional and the doctors over the years have always sorted my health problems or referred me to the proper specialist

I recently left a one-star review due to my experience at this medical center. In the past, it used to be a good facility. However, our family doctor had to leave the center to be with family after the onset of COVID. Since then, the center has undergone significant changes, and it's evident that for the current staff, it's just a job. As a patient returning here for several years, the last few experiences I've had with Northlakes Medical Centre have been completely unprofessional & negligent. I've spoken to another medical practitioner recently about my experience & they were also angry on my behalf. Dr. Aaron Zea Yamona continually (not once, but twice now!) decides NOT to communicate important health results to me.
