North Lakes in Hurley has been an incredible for my family. The entire staff is helpful, kind, and you can tell they really care and want to help. Courtney is quick to answer any questions I have through my chart and is always a joy to work with. Nate was amazing during my pregnancy, delivery, and now as our family physician. He got me through some postpartum struggles and continues to help me on my mental health journey along with anything else our family needs health wise. Scheduled an x ray for 7:30 a.m.. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Checked in and waited until 7:45 until someone said their xray machine and internet was down. Totally understandable. Went to work. Didn't hear anything. Called them at 11. Was told I could have the next appointment a week away. I can see Northlakes is now taking a page out of Aspirus's handbook. It's unfortunate such a talented Physician, Dr. Schoeppech, is employed by and surrounded by complete ineptness with zero customer service skills.
Poor experience. Don't waist your time.
I was only seen for about a month before I was told to go get physical therapy from my primary care provider and nothing could be done for me I have seen better chiropractors with better manners
