Great place!
I love the idea of what NorthLakes does, and have nothing but good things to say about their software systems, front desk people, and lab techs. However, I have nothing had good experiences with their doctors upstairs. My first doctor talked about religion, acted like I was his therapist, and said some really not-okay things, so I went to another doctor. She was nice at first but made me come in for everything - every refill, every time I called, anything. She would ask me to come in 10 days after I had just seen her. She wa... read more
Everyone who works here is very helpful .
They really are great with my wife she is improving by the day and she talks highly about Becky, Samantha, and Alana she calls them her God's Angels because she has been thru a lot trauma and getting her out of the environment she was in and brought here to Eau Claire where they don't judge her by what others have said about her and given a chance to deal with her past that was holding her back this place has given her a chance to express herself as normal person.
