My first appt was scheduled for November 2023. It is now mid-February 2024 and my appt was just cancelled for this week. Every appt (6+ - I’ve lost count.) that has been made for me whether by myself or by my Dr has been cancelled. This is NOT how you run a biz esp not a counseling service where people’s mental health is involved. I suffer from depression and it was at an all-time low yet no help was or is available. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.
