Haven’t used anyone since moving to Australia for any kind of car work. I chose north lakes cars because it is close to my house and was also suggested by a family member. The service and professionalism that was given has been outstanding. Over the phone to even the quotes and price was amazing for myself who’s a single dad careful of costing. Really thankful for there work
I recommend them to anyone looking for great mechanics and service and pricing. They are friendly, reliable, honest, and operate with integrity. It is very hard to find a mechanic you can trust. These guys go above and beyond. I highly recommend.
Review for North Lakes Car Sales & Service I had a fantastic experience with North Lakes Car Sales & Service. From the very beginning, the team provided exceptional customer service and showed a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free, taking the time to answer questions and ensure I was looked after properly. The regular tracking and updates kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind.... read more
Great People. Very easy to deal with. Will use again made everything very Simple. Price was also Great. Very nice to deal with people who offer good old fashion Service.
Greg was incredible! I dropped my car in for an air conditioner service and regas and he had a look at it straight away. He then contacted me promptly to let me know that he was unable to complete it due to a damaged part. He gave me a quote and talked me through what he'd found, then didn't even charge me for the time he spent looking into it. Very grateful for his honest expertise and knowledge.
