Was left on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. Prior to giving information to schedule an appointment.
Not sure why some of you folks have negative things to say about Dr. Watson. I have known him for a long time and he has help me a few times with issues and never have I ever had a better experience. Any urological problem I have, Dr. Watson is where I am going. A+
Watson should not be practicing medicine! This guy is a quack. I don't think he should be called a Doctor. Very unprofessional! He will drop you as a patient no explanation. BEWARE
Called to get an appointment and was put on hold and finally hung up. I’ll drive further away to get a doctor that cares.
I had a scheduled appt for 11 a.m.and was not call to the back to see the doctor until 1:30 p.m.. My time with the doctor was all of 5 to 6 minutes. It is ashame and sad for anyone to wait in a crowded waiting room to see a doctor for this long especially if you are not feeling well.
