I needed my kitchen sink drain unclogged in a hurry. I am very thankful my friend, Beverly, recommended Northlake Plumbing. I called and spoke with the friendly and knowledgeable Walter, the owner. He was able to send out a great team first thing the next day. The guys came in and quickly took action to see the range of the problem and checked out under the house pipes to be sure they would not break under the pressure of their electric auger system. We have used Northlake for a number of repairs in our house over the years and they never disappoint. When it came time to replace our water heater we called them first but got a few other quotes from other plumbers just to see. As usual Northlake was very reasonable, polite and, professional. They not only had the best price but did the whole job in under 3 hours. For reference one company told me it would be an all day job at over double the price 😒. Called on a Saturday. They came out within 90 minutes to replace a leaking shower handle. In and Out repair in under an hour. Very professional and great customer service as well. Highly recommended.

I called for help with a leak in the laundry room. Someone came on 12/19/25 and as soon as I opened the door I said “hi how are you” they said hold on! walked away and immediately took a “call” (my camera caught the entire interaction). Then after they got off the “call “ I directed him and I guess it was his assistant to the leak in the laundry room. He immediately said I don’t have the tools for that in the truck. didn’t t even touch the wall or inspect what could be the problem. He was in and out within 1 min 45 seconds! ... read more
