Horrible experience. I arrived to my appointment and I was told that they were trying to reach me to let me know that the doctor couldn’t see me because he/she wasn’t feeling well but they had the wrong number. So I drove all the way there for nothing. (I understood due to the circumstances) so I asked to reschedule to which I was told I couldn’t!??? Dr. Sotomayor completely restored my faith in the kindness of doctors. Anyone can go to medical school and become a doctor, but to be called to the profession and give so much of yourself to your patients and coworkers is something so rarely seen.
