This place is run down and has many questionable tenants. Drugs are seen being used openly and freely throughout the park. Homes are old and many are unsafe from my experience having lived there in the past. This is the trailer park people often think of when it comes to crime and loud neighbors. Police used to search property and homes regularly in past but seems to have quieted down over last few years and especially since the bar that was located next door has left neighborhood.
