Jaime from NLH worked on my house back in June, initially the issue to my AC system seamed to both him and I an easy fix to route air with mechanical dampers where I was not getting enough air flow to the upstairs area. Horrendous service. There’s only so many times you can blame a filter for being the problem. Dude says he’s going to show up at a certain time and he either shows up hours late or doesn’t show up at all. We called FRICOLD and they resolved the issue that same day. Save your time and money and stay away from this horrible business.
We had a wonderful experience with Jamie and team. When something stopped working with our AC, he was here in less than a day and fixed it. I also thought the pricing was good. Great company, happy to support!
Couldn't recommend Jaime and team more. They did an amazing job with an HVAC install, and four years later when the capacitor went out on a Saturday night, Jaime came by Sunday morning to fix so we could have AC before another heat wave.
