Highly dissatisfied with the professionalism of one of your employees at front desk. I came with my son to his exam which we had no problems with. When discussing the photos that are somehow required with this employee (brunette hair and skinny) she said we could not proceed with seeing the doctor unless we paid the additional charge. I don't understand how this policy is ethical. We went to Target last year and they gave us the option. The employee then said "do you want to take the imaging or reschedule the appointment"?. ... read more

Very informative and explained my vision problems
Had an appointment... waited maybe 2 mins to see a tech to get scans and eye pressure, then straight to the doctor. He was fantastic.. Took time to discuss anything I asked. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient!
