Reader be warned, my previous review was removed. This community has nice houses —- but be aware the construction noise is neverending and very early in the morning. It’s been 2 years of this and no end in sight. Large concrete trucks and speeding gravel trucks literally shake the cabinets inside the house and the windows don’t protect from the sound. Other than that, it’s a great community but you should be aware if you have young or special needs children.
The neighborhood itself is nice and the Ashton Woods staff is also nice, and I’ll review again when construction is over, but for now I don’t recommend moving here if you’re looking for quiet at all. They’re still building over a year later and the houses aren’t constructed with good sound protection.
