This condo is not managed well. I have seen my equity erode and HOA fees increase by nearly 170% in 5 years. Building management is invasive and unpleasant.
I have lived here for over 8 years and appreciate the proximity to DCA, 95, 395, 495, MD, DC, VA. Easy and quick access without a lot of traffic from the building's location to 395. My 2-star rating is for management and board issues. My issue is with the building management and admin staff. It is a revolving door of staff and management, layered with internal board of directors' power struggles. Sadly, Current Management is lacking with inability to keep staff and poor communication with owners.
