I needed to comment on the exemplary customer service that I just received from Taylor at the Northglenn/Denver location on 76th ave and Washington. NOBODY provides this level of good customer service nowadays! Taylor was extremely insightful, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, funny, patient and kind. Very unique nowadays! Extremely poor customer service. While helping me Tony took other calls, was condescending, and very unhelpful. I do hope the young woman working there is the owner's daughter because she was equally unhelpful. I left with more questions and uncertainty.
