Not only do these doctors work incredibly long hours but they care about their patients. On many occasions since the pandemic I’ve been given appointments with nurses but actually that’s all I’ve needed or a phone appointment but when a F2F is needed I’ve managed to be seen. One of the best thing about this surgery is the wonderful receptionists who do everything they can to help. I feel very lucky for our family to be at this surgery.

Like many others on here, I was a long time patient with this surgery but have left recently. They have completely lost their way. Reception staff frequently hang up calls, forcing you to call back and wait through the loooong recorded message. They've got nursing staff who are incapable of taking blood so you have to wait too long just to find out you've wasted your time anyway.
