When Dr Gent and Dr Gailhouse owned and operated this clinic, it was wonderful. Great Vets, great techs and receptionists. I guess by reading the reviews Dr Alison Jackson has changed her very aggressive ways of handling animals, especially little kittens. When she worked at the Edmonton SPCA I personally witnessed her slam them into the the exam table and the their little heads onto the counter of the intake desk.
