Tom and Kyle fixed our 20 yr old hot tub and made it new. Great job
Tom came to our home to fix our hot tub which was not working , due to the keypad not working. he said he came back when we were away and it was not only the keypad but also to PC Board and it would cost us at least $2000. for the part!! We thought it was a little high so we called another spa repair person and it was all Bull. Just the keypad needed to be replaced.
Tom was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions. His recommendations included a safety issue we were not aware of. We highly recommend this service.
Same as others - I prepaid for steps and a hot tub cover and they were never delivered. That was over a year ago and after no responses, I realize I’m never going to receive what I paid for.
I have been waiting for my hottub cover for almost a year. I prepaid for this because prior to this incident I had a great relationship with Tom. I have contacted him repeatedly without receiving a response.
