The lady was so rude she didn’t share the apartment information even she didn’t share the apartments rent when I ask questions she behave so rude
arrogant attitude with this crappy place，how do they have this confident？ hard to find a entry to have a tour. With such a dump place with many have-to-follow useless rules to follow， even I live in a $4xxx per month apartment doesnt have this attitude. waste time.

Not a Safe or Healthy Environment I’ve been living at Northgate Savoy and have had a very frustrating experience. The residents in Apartment 167 smoke marijuana in the parking lot for hours every single day. The smell often drifts into nearby units, making it uncomfortable and unhealthy — especially for those with kids or health issues. I emailed the office three times about this issue, and they completely ignored me until my third attempt.
