We had a great experience at Blue Compass Knoxville. Our salesman Jon was amazing. JD did a great job walking us through the paperwork. Matt was excellent during our walk through explaining everything about our new camper. Great job guys!
Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and thank the hardworking folks at Blue Compass RV, Knoxville. Our salesperson, Rocky Hodge, was a great communicator and regularly performed follow up to make certain our questions were answered and we were satisfied customers. Likewise, Suzy Harrison in the service department was very good about getting us to the right person to solve any service issues. The personal touch is felt at this location which is a wonderful thing. Thank you!
DONT DO IT!!!!! They will rip you off completely! Bought a brand new 2026 model from them not even 6 months later the ac unit goes out (not to mention all the other small things that was messed up). Took it back and they have had it for over 2 months! With no answer as to how long it will be before we get it back! We have missed 2 trips that was already booked and payed for and they could care less. Please do your self a favor and don’t shop here.
Highly recommend Blue Compass RV the staff was nice and very helpful! And a huge shout out to Taylor for walking us through numerous campers when it was 100 degrees outside!
