I love supporting small businesses in Brantford as I feel they are the backbone of our local economy. However Northgate is not a local business deserving of anybody’s patronage. As many posters have already pointed out, the two classless women here have all the warmth and charm of breaking glass. They are disrespectful and oddly condescending for the “service” they poorly provide. Couple that with the dismal repair workmanship and you have a place to be avoided at all costs. Great rates, and excellent customer service
We spoke with a gentleman at the front desk who seemed fairly helpful but when he had questions a woman came to assist and she wasn't very pleasant to deal with. She didn't seem interested in answering our questions or even renting us an auger for the day. I've had issues with this establishment in the past and my last experience has cemented my decision.
