For a park where yards have been well kept for a number of years, in the past 6 months or so the yards are so unkept, looks trashy, pine straw and leaves are left to be just plain a fire hazard and this is managements responsibilty to keep yards clean. A good number of the residents are older people and not able to do yard work but as part of the rent they are not even suppose to have to. One flip of a cigarette from a passing vehicle could cause a number of homes to go up in flames
