I dont recommend anyone move into this park, your water bill fluctuates from $32.00 a month to $68.00 dollars a month. The rent goes up everytime the park owner changes, the up keep inside the park is pathetic because the manager of the park is told to take the lowest bid given to her for any job needing done here by the owners. Alot of drama between the neighbors.
I have lived at Northgate now for many years.I can honestly say the Owners and staff you have been very upright and loyal to the residents. If you live by the rules and regulations you have nothing but the best results.no matter where you go you have guidelines.I admire what the owners put into keeping us happy.all thee monthly planning.our Bingo is packed during those months. I just want everyone to know I am buying this mobile home so it is not for sale, I started making payments in October of 2017
It's very nice compared to the other MHP's around the area, but the management is ridiculously strict and not all that fun to deal with. The roads are a MESS you can't drive over 5mph through the park without hoping your vehicle doesn't fall apart from all the bumps and potholes (they've attempted to fix this twice in the two years I've been here and they always do it as cheap as possible and its always ten times worse after a month of it being fixed.)
