Rude and Abrupt Service on the Phone I called this clinic to ask a simple question: whether they offer direct billing to insurance companies. The person who answered did not provide any helpful information or offer to transfer me. Instead, they simply said "NO" and immediately hung up the phone. Dr. Patel has been my doctor for almost 30 years now. He is an amazing doctor and has taken care of me in a professional and caring way. I am sad that I know one day he will retire. He irreplaceable. His medical secretary Esmerelda is very busy but I have always found her professional. She is efficient and knows that clinic inside and out. Highly recommend and would give more stars if I could.
The receptionist lady is very rude and no manners to her.She is talking like an unprofessional and not listening everything from the patient and cut the phone immediately.
The secretary is an absolute nightmare. She has no manners and is very unprofessional. I needed help with information as I was a patient there for over 10 years. She hung up on me. Wow if you hate your job that much, just quit
Absolutely awful. I was the first person there, arriving at 8:57 when they open at 9. A few minutes past 9, I see the Asian lady at the desk talking on the phone, mind you the door has not been unlocked and they should be open now. It’s -28 so I called and asked why the door was locked if they should be open. She proceeds to tell me that the pharmacy and the doctors control the door and she doesn’t have access to it.
