I have seen many different physicians at this clinic over the years and all of them have been professional and provided excellent care. However it appears to be a problem keeping them and wait times can be unpredictable. Overall I have been very grateful to be able to see a doctor when needed. I have not had any issues with reception staff, however they do seem overly busy at times with a lot of patients. I have nothing but respect, it is a very demanding job on a daily basis. Receptionist and Manager were horrible . They both were unprofessional, apathetic and disgruntled. As a medical clinic receptionist and manager they should be helping and polite . People are there for kindness , support because they are vulnerable or unwell. But condescending them just because they are asking question is disgusting .
