Most disappointing walk-in unprofessional
Almost wait 1.5 hours for the appointmnet , totally bad experience.
Don’t bother making an appt. You will still sit for over an hr. This place is disgusting.
didn’t ever think there’d be a day where i have to leave a poor review for a medical clinic but here we are. went to north gate medical clinic yesterday and have been going for a while. always had a good experience however yesterday was OUTRAGEOUS!!! i was waiting to be called when a young women came in crying in pain because she hit her head very hard. she came in with someone who checked her in (because the young women was not in a state to do so herself) and the staff at the desk were horrible. this poor young women was p... read more
HORRIBLE FRONT STAFF I just watched a lady with a horrible head injury come into the clinic, scared and obviously hurt. The front staff refused to help her, and gave her dirty looks for crying and throwing up. Are you serious? There are some some very bad people who work here.. the patients waiting in the waiting room literally had to help those poor woman because staff don’t care
