This clinic doesn't even deserve a star actually. They even posted on there screen that they are violence and racism free. But they, themselves trigger their clients. I have witness how rude and unprofessional their staffs are -- yelling towards the client justify what they want and don't even listen first. Was a walk-in the other day the wait time was 2 hours, ok that's fine, the male receptionist I spoke to said I could book a time to come back in a few hours so took the booking when I came back different receptionist; and she was very dismissive and seemed to ignore what I was saying and it still took over 2 hours to been seen. And when I finally got in to see the doctor I told him my symptoms that he barely acknowledged no followup questions and sent me on my way with just a hope it gets better and a note for work ended up ... read more
I came in as a walk-in and was seated in the waiting area. After about an hour, I overheard staff telling others that the wait time would be around an hour — something I was never informed of when I arrived. I ended up waiting over two hours before I finally asked whether it was standard practice to let people know about long wait times. Saturday morning walk in and she called two people who came in after myself. Receptionist also lies over the phone regarding wait times. Telling everyone an hour. Been sitting in here for 52 minutes and there's still two people ahead of me.
