Absolute slum, lived here for five years and they wouldn’t fix anything. Porch rails were falling off, stairs were falling off, holes in the floors, multiple outlets that didn’t work, water leaks like no other, 3 of the 5 years i didn’t have heat, AC couldn’t hardly hold up when it was 70 degrees outside, insulation falling from under the trailer, HUGE cat problem, riddled with fleas, everything smells like cat piss, mold all over the trailer, these slumlords will bend you over and raw dog you and then have the nerve to tell... read more

I would 100% recommend living here. I have lived here for over 3 years. I have seen the Park completely change. Lawns are kept up, the homes look great. The office staff are truly Helpful, not like other communities that take your money and you never hear from them.

If I could give this place no stars I definitely would without a doubt! So you have to apply first to be accepted. A month had gone by since I had applied and they were already charging me the month but I hadn’t even moved in yet. They didn’t notify me if I was accepted or not so I never moved in but they sure did wanna charge me for that month that had gone by since I applied. Lot rent kept going up.
