Absolute slum, lived here for five years and they wouldn’t fix anything. Porch rails were falling off, stairs were falling off, holes in the floors, multiple outlets that didn’t work, water leaks like no other, 3 of the 5 years i didn’t have heat, AC couldn’t hardly hold up when it was 70 degrees outside, insulation falling from under the trailer, HUGE cat problem, riddled with fleas, everything smells like cat piss, mold all over the trailer, these slumlords will bend you over and raw dog you and then have the nerve to tell... read more

I would 100% recommend living here. I have lived here for over 3 years. I have seen the Park completely change. Lawns are kept up, the homes look great. The office staff are truly Helpful, not like other communities that take your money and you never hear from them.

Just moved into the neighborhood as a lease. Had some hiccups with move in (difficulty finding water lines, various plumbing issues found once we got water hooked up, no hot water for a bit) but Betsy with the office has been incredibly responsive. For urgent matters she's had team members working long days to make sure things get resolved. We put in a bunch of service orders once our water got turned on on a Saturday evening and she called Sunday morning to let us know she'd seen them and when service people would be there.... read more

Edit: with the storms that have been rolling through the manager does not open the storm shelter during weather warning for tornados. Only when the sirens go off and when its too late...that means the storm shelter isnt actually accessible and you could be putting your life at risk trying to get to it... property manager will drive by your home at 10pm an give you violations for cars that aren't yours they also make friends with tennets and have them take 0hotos of your property to violate you. Owned a mobile home here for well over 3 years now, never had any problems other than when I was late with rent once, but that isn’t their fault. I highly suggest you not be late or you’ll quickly have an eviction. Other than that the community itself has been better than top notch and have always felt safe and peaceful.
