Owned a mobile home here for well over 3 years now, never had any problems other than when I was late with rent once, but that isn’t their fault. I highly suggest you not be late or you’ll quickly have an eviction. Other than that the community itself has been better than top notch and have always felt safe and peaceful.
Terrible place to live. Do not move here. Management is NOT accommodating and is very greedy. They lie and insist that this place is the cheapest you can get on the market which is not true at all. They promised for years to fix the pool and never did. There is no storm shelter in case of a tornado. There are absolutely no amenities provided. People who own their trailers are struggling day-to-day with the rent increases because they cannot afford to move their trailers elsewhere. Whatever management tells you, it's a trap. ... read more
No maintenance crew a manager that's only here 2 days a week no pool no tornado shelter and they keep raising cost and saying they are the cheapest around [lie] avoid this park please move your lived one's somewhere safer and more accommodating and less stressful... live here now and love my neighbors
I’ve lived here nearly five years. Our lot rent, which started out reasonable, is now nearly $700/ month. They claim to have the lowest prices in Liberty, but that is an outright lie that is *easily* disputes with a simple google search. They charge $60 to mow, if they mow, and complain about the grass constantly. They are contracted through Time Warner (or Spectrum, if you will) and no other service is even available, internet or cable. There is no available storm shelter. There is NO POOL.
