The staff at Avir (Northgate) did an exceptional job. We were so pleased with the care our loved one received while here. The rehab staff did a great job working with my daughter, and she made great progress during her stay. Thanks to Zach & Chris for all they did while working to get her mobile. The nurses showed so much compassion. Thank you.

Been here since August. The food has improved since then,Thank heavens. The cnas and nurses are very kind,helpful and always willing to help. Remember if you treat everyone with respect and kindness that's how you will be treated. I have seen some of these patience be really rude and ugly to the cnas. CNAs just smile, do their job walk away. Some patience throw stuff at them as well. Yet the CNAs still smile and carry on their duty to help . Have there been a few that aren't so great? Yes. The admission process at Northgare was warm and inviting and providing detailed information what to expect for your loved one. The nurses and staff go above and beyond each day to provide the upmost care and well being and respect for the patients. Northgate medical nurses team responded to my mother's medical needs needing special attention at the Methodist Hospital LICU. My mother showed signs of a pulmonary embolism . DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!! When the marketing director and DON tell you about all the wonderful things they have to offer and the great professional care your loved one will receive- DONT BELIEVE IT! We were lied to so badly that could’ve resulted in a tragic event had we left our son there. Even EMS looked at us in horror when I told them where my son was being transferred to.
