Shop has seriously went downhill since new owners took over. Management and front end staff have zero clue about repairing cars. My suggestion. Use shops who have developed relationships with insurance companies. Update and response to the owner: Our insurance company informed us that Kirmac is not a preferred shop. They recommended we have our repairs completed at a shop that that has a relationship with them. Got a quote a couple weeks ago on our truck. Estimate was WAY higher on our pickup than other shops. Wasn't even close. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Office wreaked like B.O. New owners seem unorganized and lacking knowledge. A different Chev dealership was considerably cheaper and pointed out "errors" on Kirmac's quote. They said that there were things put on the quote that was not needed. We were going to go through insurance but decided to pat for repairs because we got a more reasonable quote.
