If I could rate lower that a single star, I would. Got a 2023 Escape and in 1 week, the battery or alternator was dead. My wife had to come pick me up at 11pm while it was 34° out. I write this from my cold dead car, If you're car shoping there's plenty of places on Colerain Avenue. DO NOT BUY FROM NORTHGATE FORD.
