Iesha I give you 5 stars. you are truly a good person and carry yourself very well. When there’s a problem you try your best to fix it. That means a lot to us. Thank you for being a good manager. And by the way your worker Ricardo is your best maintenance worker here at northgate. Not just us but the people in the northgate community he helps everyone out. He truly matters to us. Very lovely place. Quiet and friendly. Everything I've have had an issue with has been handled quickly and in a timely manner. The park manager is very nice and has worked with me with anything I needed help with.
We moved into Northgate Estates in may of 2020. We had just lost our home and everything we owned a month prior to that. With Covid going and there wasn’t anything on the market the would accommodate me with my disability and my brother in laws. We had stayed with my niece for a few days. We happened to talk to the manger of the park and she said they had 2 new trailers that were almost ready to be lived I . So we looked at both of them.
