Very disappointed with the level of care at this clinic. High staff turnover and unqualified. Equally concerns with the 2 doctors over there who completely ignore your concerns, they give you textbook answers without looking at individual situations. Waiting time is horrible, even with appointment expect another 45 min, definitely need improvement for time management. My time is very valuable too!! Strongly recommend checking out other options before committing to this clinic.
This place is worse. They don’t have any system or professionalism. They were sending all the people who came after me just walk in ones and i wait there for 2 hours just for one report when i asked the girl she told me i still have 6-7 people ahead me. Firstly they told me it will be 1 hour wait. This place is ridiculous. I have worse experience there.staff wasn’t cooperative either.
Recently saw the Dr for a large painful infected spot on my face and he looked at me for a single second and said to take advil and use a warm cloth and it will go down itself in a couple days. I ended up having to go to urgent care bc in that time the swelling overtook my eye and most of my forehead. It was drained and I was referred to the hospital specialists. Both doctors are accomadating and address each individual issue. I've been going for a long time and will continue to bring my family here.
